She integrates therapeutic approaches such as person-centred therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive-behavioural (CBT) practices into her sessions. Caelin views therapy as a safe and non-judgmental space for people to explore their current resources and learn new tools so they can live a life that is in alignment with their values and goals. In therapy, she will support her clients through their challenges and will be the first to celebrate their strengths.
