Tracy Pham
Mental Health Therapist
Tracy is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, children, youth, and families during challenging times. She utilizes a client-centered perspective and draws from strength-based approaches, such as acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive- behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, play therapy, and family therapy to help individuals work towards their desired goals. She works collaboratively with each of her clients to ensure their needs and hopes from therapy are being addressed as she believes clients are the experts of their own experiences and have the ability to develop a sense of empowerment within themselves.
About Tracy Pham
Tracy has completed additional trainings to support her clients through unique therapeutic approaches, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and The Gottman Method – Level 1 & 2 for couples.
Most of Tracy’s experience has been around completing diagnostic assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder and working with children and youth who have diverse needs, have symptoms of neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders, and who have experienced both simple and complex traumas in hospital settings, the community, their home environment, and in schools. Tracy’s specialties include emotional regulation, self-esteem issues, stress management, anxiety, sexual assault, and overall mental
health concerns.
When Tracy is not working at Manor Clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, playing Candy Crush (she has been playing for over eight years and is a bit past level 8000!), working out, eating out, and cooking/baking.
Tracy looks forward to getting the chance to connect with you!
