Manju is a dedicated Mental Health Therapist holding a Master's Degree in Social Work, specializing in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from MG University. With additional clinical specialization in Addiction and Mental Health from the University of Calgary, she brings over 14 years of valuable experience to her practice. Throughout her career, Manju has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults in diverse settings, including schools, community clinics, crisis intervention, hospitals within AHS, and military and primary care environments.

Her expertise encompasses a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Collaborative Proactive Solutions, Behavioral Health Change, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed, Crisis Management, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Manju's primary focus revolves around empowering individuals to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, substance dependence, trauma responses (like PTSD), grief and loss, self-esteem issues, and more, all of which significantly impact mental well-being.
